Will the proposed international port in Southport , NC become a reality by 2017 ?
If that happens,will the ports in Wilmington and Morhead City be neccesary ? Will their role in import /export expand? Decrease,? not change?
How far ahead in the planning and implementation stage is the joint South Carolina, Georgia Port project,in relation to the Southport project? How much if any impact, will the SC/GA venture have on the NC ports?
